Life coaching isn't therapy, it isn't mentoring. I am not an expert in your field, and I'm not an expert in you... but, YOU are. I am your thinking partner, here to help you process what is blocking you from your goals. We may consider past behaviors, but we look forward to see where you want to be and how to get you there. You have all the answers inside you. My role is to ask questions and reflect back to you what I observe. I generally don't give direct advice or assign 'homework'. Through our conversations, we will uncover steps you want to take to move yourself towards your goal. I am here to offer support through life's transitions and help move you toward living your life to it's fullest!
